2. How often will we meet?

  • Typically, sessions are weekly to start, however each client's needs are different and we will work together to determine a schedule that works best for you.

What Can I Expect?

  • I strongly believe in meeting clients where they are at in the moment. I am grateful to be a part of your journey and will work collaboratively with you to build rapport, discuss your goals for counseling and clinically support you in that process. 

 Do you accept insurance?

  • At this time, I do not accept insurance.  However, many health insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse 60-100%.  If you have out-of-network benefits that you would like to use to receive reimbursement, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company upon request. 

When is payment due?

  • Payment is due at the time of service. With client consent, an HSA, FSA or credit card can be stored in your secured client portal to be billed following each session.

Do you have a sliding scale?

  • Yes! I have several sliding scale spots. Please inquire directly for more details.
