1. How do I schedule an appointment?

  • You can email me to schedule a consult call to see if I am the right fit! 

2. How often will we meet?

  • Typically, sessions are weekly to start, however each client's needs are different and we will work together to determine a schedule that works best for you.

3. What Can I Expect?

  • I strongly believe in meeting clients where they are at in the moment. I am grateful to be a part of your journey and will work collaboratively with you to build rapport, discuss your goals for counseling and clinically support you in that process. 

4. Do you accept insurance?

  • At this time, I do not participate with any insurance plans. Clients are encouraged to reach out to their insurance company to inquire about reimbursement through an Out of Network claim. At the time of intake, clients are asked if they would like a monthly "Superbill" to submit for reimbursement. I am happy to talk through this more and help you navigate this process!

5. When is payment due?

  • Payment is due at the time of service. With client consent, an HSA, FSA or credit card can be stored in your secured client portal to be billed following each session.

6. Do you have a sliding scale?

  • Yes! I have several sliding scale spots. Please inquire directly for more details.
